This year, Erica Gwen’s 5K will be virtual to include all her fabulous Family/Friends worldwide!

2.    Complete your 5K anywhere, anytime

3.    Wear one of your favorite Erica Gwen race tee’s (if you need one pls let us know we will send to you!)

4.    Take photos and videos

5.    Share your journey with us!

Your registration to the virtual 5K includes registration into a raffle for 3 baskets, valuing at $250 each!
