I am so grateful and honored to have received the 2026 Erica Gwen Scholarship. I value that kindness doesn’t have to be big to matter. I believe the way you treat people in everyday moments matters the most, a quick check-in, or creating a welcoming space. I seek to be someone others can turn to and can support without judgment. It’s important to me to create an environment where people do not feel alone. I want to continue to strive to be someone who makes others feel seen whenever I have the chance. I am dedicated to carry on Erica Gwen’s legacy by spreading positivity and always choosing to be there for others.
